...See more Past few years have been pretty hard, with many sleepless night about both kids, aged 18 and 9, but especially the oldest. Leading up to her moving out (which is good for her) and hardly any contact with me, which I understand, but still hurts. But now, with things a bit more quiet after so long, I'm having a hard time with the 'so what about me now'. Seasonal depression is no stranger, combined with poor physical shape and covid. It's been extra hard this winter. I have so many energy leaks that I can't really get stuff done to get those leaks fixed. I've got help with food to start my year, but thats not enough. I need some help with the whirlwinds in my head about anything and everything. Waiting lists in regular mental health care are impossible atm.
