...See more Hello, I'm an 18 year old female who is experiencing really intense panic attacks, anxiety attacks and waves of depression. I had a previous relationship which resulted in me being diagnosed with PTSD due to mental and physical abuse. I'm in the middle of trying to apply for an apartment with my new boyfriend, things are going great except that I have panick attacks close to everyday now. My boyfriend is terrified when I start to panic, making him useless for that situation. We've been working together to find any of my potential triggers but I know it just stems from my self insecurity. I feel as though he doesn't deserve to have to deal with my issues every day and I don't know how to confront him how little he helps me when I'm freaking out. I feel like a useless burden and just an emotional setback. He loves me and I love him more than anything but I hate myself just a little more and I know it's selfish but it's true. I have no self confidence and I have no control over my mind which subsequently means I dont have any control for my life. I'm sorry to waste your time, have a nice day.
