I am passionate about nutrition , Mental health and nature . I've previously suffered with various mental health conditions. I will listen and support you through your journey.
I'm also lead volunteer at the Canal and river trust . This means I'm outside 5 days a week surrounded by wildlife and nature , Which has definitely boosted my mental health and confidence.
