Trying to recover but not feeling that well

...See more I am currently working hard recovering from binge and purge tendencies as well as restricting, and have depression and mood disorders. I have been doing ok recently, haven't binged or purged in about two weeks but I live with my boyfriend and he doesn't eat regularly and I'm trying so hard to stick to a regular schedule and not skip meals and it makes me feel so guilty and ashamed when I eat a meal or snack and he says he's not hungry. All he ate today is a cinnamon bun and it's about 4:30pm... It makes me feel like something is wrong with me that I'm getting hungry and want to eat and even though I know I'm not overeating and everything I'm eating is healthy and good for me (I don't eat cinnamon buns) it still reall makes me fee bad about myself and makes me not want to continue my recovery and just restrict and purge. What do I do?
