I am a crisis intervenor specializing in suicide intervention, so I often feel uncomfortable reaching out for mental health help and support when I need it. I have un-medicated temporal lobe epilepsy, but I don't have grand mal seizures, only Aura and Petit Mal. I have an eating disorder known as OSFED under the DSM-V (under IV and under it was known as EDNOS), I don't feel welcome in many eating disorder support groups due to a lot of anorexia and bulimia elitism that exists in my city.
