Hello, I'm glad you've found me! My name is Kendra, I'm 31, and I'm a trained listener here on 7 Cups of Tea. I'm happy to listen and support pretty much anyone in any way I can, but I have the most experience with anxiety, depression, self harm, parenting troubles, marriage issues, and traumatic experiences.
In terms of my own life experiences, I've had to move mountains to get to where I am today. What I have been through has left me with a great deal of empathy, but also an understanding that, even when everything is dark, there is hope because we create it. We call the shots and we can always, ALWAYS be ok.
