I'm just another regular person like you. I have lived experience recovering from anxiety and depression which has taught me a lot about myself and my path to purpose. I've also heard a lot about the experiences of my family, friends, and acquaintances regarding their own traumas and triumphs. I believe everyone can progress from where they are in a way they choose. I cannot judge anyone for where they are or where they have been, because we all can go towards something better.
