...See more I am 40 years old. I have only worked since about 2014, but I have risen to a position that is relatively high up and very well paying considering my masters is in English education. I manage a team whose job I cannot do. I feel like an imposter. Still I know enough to know enough to know their skills are lacking for their fields. I am stressed in trying to turn around this team. I have two small kids. I feel like I miss out on the opportunity to enjoy them and run our house. I feel that I will be more happy if I quit. I also feel my kids will be more happy. I feel I can take a lot of burdens off of my husband if I quit BUT he would have the stress of earning our living. He makes a better living than me now with a less demanding job. Please share thoughts.
