Hello. My name is Tschoo, I am male and 25 years old. I am a volunteer here at 7 Cups and have been doing this on/off for about 3 years.

I'd like to hear about your problems and maybe things don't seem quite so heavy after talking about them! I aim to be as professional as possible and to provide a safe space for the people that need somebody to listen to them. I'm in the CEST timezone.

I'd like to especially help people struggling with anxiety, procrastination and managing emotions. Additionally I have a background in philosophy, so I'm open for having a deeper conversation about life and what the point of it all is.

I'm also a huge geek for epistemology and for the question of how we come to believe into the things we believe in. At the heart of depression/anxiety often lies (additionally to the psychological/biological reasons) a logic and reasoning that maintains the depression/anxiety. Let's explore your beliefs together!

I talked to Julian when I was once in pain, Not knowing if I would meet him again, He talked to me and calmed me, And in his words hope I could see. A wonderful person he is, always helping others, And no matter how much I annoy him, he never bothers. He welcomed me with his compassionate smile, And his positivity can go many a mile, I knew not his language and knew not mine, but easily he could make my heart shine. I know not if i will see him again, but he helped me forget all my pain.
