I’m currently off work for bipolar depression that has evolved to treatment resistant depression. I have been hospitalized once, just over 4 months ago, for 15 days. I started ECT treatment when I was in hospital. I still am doing ECT treatment once a week, after a slight time ECT free. Other than that, I am married, have a wonderful Kitty, and I like to make cards - Birthday, Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, etc. I would like to talk to others with similar mountains to climb, being treatment resistant depression, going for ECT. I have only a couple of friends who know what I am going through, and they don’t know what it is really like. I look forward to finding those who want to feel better, who have treatment resistant depression, and have or are going through ECT.
