Hi friends,
I am a member of 7cups and I wish to intoduce myself as a trained counsellor... I am basically a HR professional and also have to my credit 2years of counselling and psychotherapy... I have certificates of having attended two workshops on CBT....
As my purpose and passion , I wish to render a helping hand and utilise my skills to relieve people of their emotional distress...
As a listener and counsellor I hope to help people in need...
