Hi , I am a 33 year old Norwegian female - I am in my fourth year of study to become a Counselling Psychologist and would very much like to offer support for anyone that needs it. I do have a lot of different experiences that I now use to relate to others in difficult situations . My early twenties was very difficult and so I can relate to depression , anxiety , alcohol and drug miss use , family problems , loneliness and feeling of low self worth. I do a lot of meditation and have now found a balance in life that I needed. I hope I will be able to be there for other people that is having a hard time or just want to talk .
