...See more I am new here, I only realised I had a problem last night. I just thought I was greedy with a massive appetite. Then 3 bowls of cereal, ice cream, chocolates and a hot chocolate later I felt sick. This happens at least once a week. I eat "healthy" all week, and normally around everyone. Then when I'm alone I can't help myself, I don't even know what happens I can't get enough! And I can't stop eating until I want to be sick (I never am). Is this worth going to the doctors? I'm not in the slightest overweight but this has been happening for over 8 months. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week which might explain why I'm not putting weight on but I feel disgusted after and want to cry. But it's not enough to make me stop! Please help!
