I am an undergraduate student pursuing a Psy.D. I enjoy helping people navigate through their emotions and helping them figure out a way to lead a happier and healthier lifestyle. I come from a South Asian household which gives me a better understanding of colored people's experiences with their mental health. I am primarily interested in mood, anxiety, and psychotic disorders.
