...See more I am a 7cups user since 5th sep, 2018. But I have a member account since 2017 and I used that to connect with listeners to deal with my mental health and I was benefited a lot through this site. But on 19th November, one unknown listener suddenly send me chat. As I checked the chats, they were abusive and harrassing towards me. I was confused about why the listener was sending me the abusive chats. I asked the listener about why they were targetting me and sending the harassing texts. I told them not to send but they kept on sending me abusive texts and then I tried to block and report the listener. As I blocked , and went to see the other group chats, it showed as "Account Deactivated! Your account has been deactivated" . My account was just deactivated 😭 I just was so sad as I haven't done anywrong but my account was taken down. That listener contacted me as he had send me the chats initially and just kept on sending me the abusive and harrassing texts and just hurted me so much. While I blocked them, but I was banned and removed from 7cups. I still miss my member account as I had listeners with whom i used to chat and they helped me so much and now I cannot connect with them. Can you all please tell me how can I get my member account back? I have the screenshots of the listener's chat as well, so I can show to the admins as well. Please help me with this I don't know whom to tag, but tagging you all, please help me. @MonBon @Hope @Power @Heather225 @7CupsCommunity
