Bio

I'm a 37 yo mother of 3 boys. I love the outdoors and nature. I love people in general and have a passion for music, hiking, and volunteering. I have been involved in an abusive relationship for over 13 years, and have just recently broke free. I am trying to heal from the emotional scarring from that and some days it's seems so impossible . Today, I'm going to keep putting one foot in front of the other and hope for an outcome that will make it all make sense.

...See more Hi, my name is Cat. I'm brand new to 7-cups and very excited to be starting this journey of healing. I have a pretty complex past and been diagnosed with PTSD amongst other things because of the trauma and abuse. My lifestyle has become very unhealthy and everything combined is just too much. I love people in general and I have a positive outlook on life as a whole , but can easily get wrapped up in negativity . I just got away from a 14 yr. Abusive relationship with a narcissist sociopath , but it's far from over and I have an extremely long road to recovery. Need support, encouragement , direction , and acceptance. Thank you all for being here, I can't wait to get to know some of you!
