...See more I was in a really toxic relationship for almost a year until I finally left. A couple weeks after we broke up I messaged him to air out my thoughts and feelings and when I did he called me a liar and that I was the problem with our whole relationship. Even though I know that's not true I have overwhelming anxiety over the whole thing and I can't seem to shake it. It's gotten to the point where I am physically ill please help :( Im new to this app so please be nice
