i am someone who has lived with, faced,fought, surrendered to, anxiety and panic, for a major part of my life. i have had life altering personal experiences with depression. I still do face them constantly on a day to day basis , but that doesnt define me anymore. So if you feel you can relate to any of these or would like to have a chat , feel free to ping me up.
