...See more Hi, I am a F and 20. I am at college, I enrolled this year's May, I have been unemployed throughout the whole time living with my mom. She supports my expenses and all, recently it's hitting me when she keeps saying I should work and when I start taking it seriously, she says I should focus more on education, I can work after graduation. Okay, it's her problem but the thing is I actually want to work to support my expenses somewhat but I feel so incompetent, I could never land on anything nor I have any connection to do a job suitable for me. I feel like it would have been a piece of cake for most of my peers unlike me who sucks at professional conversations which is such a turn down I believe except for professional demure, I am very awkward, I am also not that skilled in anything except for IT, I don't have any useful hobbies, my mom definitely won't allow me to do certain work which are available. I am looking for direction...

...See more I know I have issues with my mental health but I am not seeking professional help yet because firstly I am not ready to open up professionally! I can open up to strangers online or people offline generally but that part seems off to me somehow because they will take it seriously whatever I share? Second is there's no good mental health professionals around and it's very much of a less discussed matter so I couldn't bother much trying to cope anyhow. I did thought of checking out online therapy but I definitely think physically therapy would be more effective.
