Bio
I’m passionate about creating safe, non-judgemental spaces for people to feel heard, especially those navigating stress, trauma, or emotional overwhelm. Through my experience tutoring students, including those with ADHD and emotional burnout, I’ve seen how powerful it is when someone feels understood rather than corrected or dismissed.
I’ve also completed training in some areas of psychology which have deepened my understanding of how people think, feel, and cope. I want to apply these insights in a grounded, human way — by listening with empathy, patience, and respect for each individual’s experience.
Volunteering as a listener is a meaningful step for me to continue developing trauma-informed communication skills while supporting others in a safe and ethical environment.
