Hello! I'm glad you've found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I'm a trained active listener and I like to support people struggling with just about anything such as: depression, anxiety, traumatic experiences, and LGBTQ issues. I enjoy hiking, reading, exercising, listening to music, playing the violin, photography, theatre, and much more. I'm in school for psychology (soon to be music therapy) which has helped me understand myself and other people's situations in a more holistic manner.
