...See more Hi everyone! Dealing with anxiety can be difficult, but one thing that makes it way easier is breathing. Please take this moment to engage with this simple breathing technique. Release your shoulders, let them hang loose, take your tongue off the roof of your mouth, straighten your back and close your eyes. Now that we are all loose, breathe in for 7 strong seconds(in through nose), hold that breathe for 4 seconds, and release that breathe (out through mouth.) for 8 seconds. REPEAT IF NECESSARY! Hope you guys feel better now (((:
