Hello! I'm glad you've found 7 Cups of Tea. I'm a trained active listener (though we aren't "professionals"), as well as a Listener Verifier, and I like to support people struggling with anxiety, depression, bullying, managing emotions, and other difficult things. I enjoy reading self help books and light novels. I've overcome a lot in life, and while this doesn't guarantee I've lived in your shoes, all I can do is my best to listen and relate to you.
