Winter is Coming (& so is the pain)

...See more Its starting to get cold in my neck of the woods which means being more adamant about keeping up with my diet & exercise regimen since the cold really takes a toll on my joints & any lapse in my diet or fitness means periods of time of potential debilitation. I used to love Winter but now that I am not only hypersensitive to cold but it causes me excruciating pain. Does anyone else miss being able to enjoy the snow & crisp winter air? Does anyone else get frustrated when friends ask why you dislike winter so much?
