Hello I'm glad you found me on 7 Cups. I have experience with Bipolar Disorder (mania and depression), psychosis, anxiety, drug abuse as well as chronic pain and grief; I was raised by a parent with clinical depression so I hope I have insight into all sorts of scenarios. I also suffer from a rare skin disease called hidradenitis suppurativa, which is very difficult to deal with. I would be happy to try to support others with that as well if by any small chance I meet them. 
I am a proud Leo and an ENFJ. I am a spiritual not religious type of guy and I study the teaching of people who believe in Source and that we have a hand in creating our own reality as we all share aspects of the divine.

I play many instruments but am out of practice because depression makes me lose interest in things I enjoy. I am trying to get back to playing but it has been difficult. Does anyone else have this experience?
