...See more I relapsed yesterday and I don't even feel bad about it. I told my sponsor and parents bc I know it is wrong and I shouldn't be doing it but I'm merely trying to stop the feeling I have this terrible I guess off feeling I've had for 2 weeks now. I'm chasing a healthy life but I'm not getting there so I went back to an old habit... I feel like shit still and I'm sober so there really is no winning. Idk just what I'm going through..
