Hello beautiful souls.
I am present and ready to listen. This is a safe space with no judgement. We all in life have dealt with great stress and responsibilities that shape us to who we are as individuals. Sometimes all we need is someone to confide in and to actively listen.
I have had my fair share of anxiety and depression that created a world of darkness, but with the right tools and support I was able to find myself and grow from my traumas rather than allowing it to consume me. Changing my perspective on my experiences is what helped me to cope through my battles.
Remember, the way we view our experiences can shed light, even if it’s the dimmest of light. It’s all about changing our perspectives. We have to start somewhere and I am here to help.
