I have always been a good listener and enjoy helping friends and family through tough times. I’m patient,non-judgmental and open tp hear different perspectives. I’ve been able to listen actively and offer thoughtful feedback which has helped others feel supported. I’ve taken several online courses on mental health awareness and active listening which have helped me understand how to offer right kind of support to those going through difficult times.
