...See more Hello Where do i begin, first I work with a child with special needs and it a very stressful and emotionally draining. Currently me and my wife aren't speaking due to me speaking to old colleagues she doesn't like. I have tried ringing doctors to make appointment but next available appointment is 2 weeks away and I'm already feeling low and self harming.
