Whelve is an amazing listener. She is quick to respond and each response she offers is a question, helping you dive deeper into your own thought process and really see it for its entirety. She's up front and cautious not to give any unprofessional advice or try to speak on things she doesn't have experience with, but is incredibly gentle and supportive and will give you her unbiased opinion on the matter. She ensures that you'll have closure to a conversation before signing off. Even though she isn't a licensed therapist, she ought to be one.
