You are courageous for seeking help! That's a huge step towards feeling better. You are not alone on this journey unless you would like to be; however I can say from my experience it is much easier sharing the path than going it alone. I'm a high school counselor by trade and belong to my own recovery circle because I choose to connect with others when the going gets tough.
