I’ve always felt deeply for people and find purpose in listening, supporting, and simply being there when someone needs it. Nature gives me peace, and I try to pass that calm on to others. I believe even small moments of understanding can help someone feel less alone.

...See more It's tough, waking up every day and putting on a brave face when inside, you feel anything but strong. You push yourself out of bed, even though every part of you wants to stay hidden away. You're dealing with doubts that won't go away, feeling like no matter how much you do, it's never enough. You're trying so hard to keep things together, to meet all your responsibilities, but the weight of it all makes it hard to breathe sometimes. You want to cry, to let it all out, but the tears just won't come. Your mind is racing, always questioning, while your heart feels like it's breaking, and you're stuck in the middle of it all. You put on a smile in front of your family, acting like everything's okay because you don't want them to worry, but it's exhausting to keep up the act. Talking to friends doesn't feel like an option because you're scared they won't understand, or worse, that they'll see you differently. So, you keep it all to yourself, lying awake at night with thoughts racing, unable to find any peace. And even though you crave comfort, it feels like there's no one to turn to. So you pray, you beg for strength, for guidance, for a way out of this darkness. You feel so small, so vulnerable, so lost. But you keep going, hoping that somehow, someday, you'll find the courage to break free from the prison you've built

...See more As long as I’m alive , I can begin again and again , again and again.  As long as I’m breathing , I can start over .. no matter how many times it takes. Life doesn’t have a limit on how often you can try . Mistakes, failures and setbacks are chapters not the whole story. Every sun rise goes me another chance to rebuild my soul,to change my path , to become someone better than yesterday. I’m not afraid of begging again, because each beginning carries a lesson from the last . I’ll restart as many times I need because my life worth the effort 🎀💗🌸
