I loved every second of it. Was definitely a good listener, and provided new types of solutions I wasn't aware of. I don't know what I'd say to improve, but this was definitely an experience I enjoyed!
I have trauma and have been diagnosed with ptsd. I struggle a lot and have bad anxiety. . He was non-judgemental, kind, calm, and asked me great questions and reminded me of what I had trouble reminding myself of. He spent a lot of time helping me and I left the conversation feeling someone understands and cares
