Hey there!
I am a trained listener with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology, and I am currently in the process of getting my doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Areas that I'm familiar with include acculturation & assimilation, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, loneliness, and relationships. My theoretical orientation in therapy is a mixture of Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). I also own a self-help website called MentalGuide.org. I would be happy to talk and share experiences with you.
