Namaste! I'm glad that you've decided to reach out and talk about your life and troubles. It takes a lot of courage to connect with another person about these issues, and I'm here to ensure that you're able to converse to a non-judgmental, non-confrontational and understanding listener. I've been though many situations and trials in my life, and have experience dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, apathy, panic attacks and grief.
