Hi!
I am 20 years old and have battled depression, anxiety, and body dysmorphia and am so keen to help others get through any kind of tough time they are having!
I also have a lot of second-hand experience, especially in the areas shown down below!
I love to listen and joined 7 cups to help others if and where I can. Any problem is valid, and any problem shared is a problem halved.
