...See more So you may be wondering, what do I mean by this? Well, lets chat! Helping others can be good for you and the person youre helping, its feel good, and it can be a win win, however, its not this case all the time. Sometimes, we need breaks! Your friends that help you with your problems? They need breaks! You helping other peoples problems? You need a break too! Helping others is important, but dont forget to help yourself too. Sometimes its not healthy to dump all of our issues onto others, but its also not healthy to accept all of the issues being dumped either. Both parties working to better themselves is the most important thing, and should be a give, take and relax relationship <3
