Professional outpatient counselor and Master's Degree student majoring in Clinical Mental Health Counseling w/ grief, trauma, and crisis specializations. I have even taken undergraduate college courses about psychology, counseling, and spiritual health. If you need an advocate and encourager, I'm your dude!
So, hey there! Thank you for clicking "See More" and wanting to learn more about me. Feel free to call me Writer (or Storm)! I'll be honest, I've been through a lot. My experiences in life shaped my interest in entering the psych field and wanting help people who have also gone through mental hardships. I've gone through loss, depression, joblessness, loneliness, and so much more. But I found how to navigate the stormy parts of life.
The hardest lesson I have learned is the deep emotional pangs of sorrow won't go away completely- but it can get easier to manage over time. And the most important thing that I have found that helps people struggling with their mental wellness? Giving them space to talk. I want to give everyone that space to talk so they can let go of the weight that we feel we hold alone in our hardest of times.
