...See more We all have gone through so much in our own journeys with depression. Its difficult and exhausting. Its an everyday battle at times but, I wanted to tell you about an experience I had recently that made everything worth it. I had a moment recently as I was just going through my day where I realized that if things had been different I wouldnt have been here now. I couldnt help my tears at the moment as I realized that even with the problems I face everyday I had made it. I made it past my 18th birthday. Things I never expected to do like go to college and live with my best friend and partner I had done. There were so many things I had done that I couldnt believe I had done. I lived. And so I hope you all can have that moment of joy at being able to realize that you did it, you lived to see those happy moments. But if nothing else youre already working on it and thats pretty impressive on its own.
