...See more Going through divorce because wife has emotional affair. But now I can trust anyone. She lied everyday for 2 years straight. She admitted to having over 50 emails but when I would find one of her secret ones, she would lie about having it, only to tell the truth after a month had gone by. She called me a narcissist, Gaslighter, abusive. It got to a point where I was calling myself a narcissist. I didn't understand these words. I have autism and my life revolves around logic. My problem is now that I can't even speak to someone and tell them how I feel without worrying that they may think I'm manipulating or abusing them. I can't tell someone I care about to stop doing something that is bad for them, for fear of being controlling. I have a hard time letting people get close, because their words and mannerisms along with their body language usually suggest they are lying or hiding something from me. I'm so terrified of a lie no matter how small, that I will literally disown anyone at the first sign of a lie. It could be family. I just simply cannot hear another one. I don't want to be like this anymore. Help
