How do I possibly meet someone?

...See more My anxiety is about as bad as it gets. If I'm in a certain public scenario my body begins to slowly stiffen/tense up and freeze to the point where something odd happens where my head jerks to the side You can add on top of that I'm very one wordy and struggle to hold a conversation. I have never asked anyone out in public out of fear of them looking at me like an awkward freak I try extremely hard to get to know someone online first where I would be more comfortable telling them about my anxiety first but it's rare where someone will put in the effort to talk & try and make that work so I usually end up ghosted. I really don't know what to do anymore
