My name is Lucy and I am here to listen to whatever may be on your mind. I am dedicated to and trained in many areas of psychology and have personal experience with many areas of mental health

I emphasise with many emotions you may be experiencing and I assure you that you are not alone we are all on this journey through life together and we all have our own ways of coping.

i am a reiki master and if asked can help with spiritual guidance too. I never preech and i am not religious so i cannot help with religious problems.

I am well read and have experience with personality disorders, in particular borderline personality and narcissistic personality, depression, anxiety disorders, Pnd, narcissistic abuse, codependency amongst others. (See badges below) I am qualified in dbt, cbt and listening therapy but most of all i practice acceptance and will listen without judgement. Iam here for you .
