Hello and I'm glad you've found me. I am an open-minded and thoughtful listener who enjoys helping others. I listen best to people who actively want to heal. I will listen to whatever you want to talk about, with some exceptions. I'll be happy to brainstorm ideas with you to help you move to a better place.
I am not the right listener for you if you are looking to share your sexual exploits or just want to talk to someone about sex. I respect that some people are looking for that interaction, but I am not here to do that. Please find another listener in that case.
About me:
I am a parent, a child, a friend, a sibling, a partner, a teacher, a problem solver. I am an ISTJ. I am an Extroverted/Social Introvert. I am a nerd at heart who has always loved math and science and geeky stuff. As I've gotten older, I've learned that yoga and hiking and spending time outdoors is good for my soul. I suffer from migraines that I am beginning to realize are really just my body's way of saying you are pushing yourself too hard. I've travelled many places in the world - 4 continents, 49 US states, and I've reached the summit of 46 of them.

I have a full-time job using standard EST times in the US while raising a child, and various other commitments to friends and communities, so please be understanding with my schedule and ability to return messages when I'm not marked as online.
