My previous experiences with 7cups wasn't so great until i meet this person. He truly listens, understands and empathizes. Very professional and super attentive and will try to get quick responses (which i failed to see in most other listeners). Doesn't make it feel like you are just typing and not being heard. He is very patient and knows how to provide the right space for you to open up. Made me feel like i am talking to a wise friend who really understands. Truly grateful.
