Current main issues:
- Anger
- Mood swings
- Helplessness
- Frustration
- Stress
- Anxiety

...See more Hi everyone. Im new to 7cups. Im a senior in college. My main issues are Borderline Personality Disorder and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Both of these issues have made going to university way more stressful. Ive had mounting episodes of frustration, irritability, and rage over the course of the past few years. I have really bad mood swings that make it nearly impossible for me to get along with loved ones, family, friends, peers, coworkers, etc... People have been very patient with me. Im well-loved and supported. Despite this, I continue to have episodes and intentionally push people away. I was in therapy, but as a broke college student, I had to discontinue my sessions. I know its a longshot, but Id love to find an experienced listener who is either already in the mental healthcare field or is training for a career in the mental healthcare field. Im motivated to improve, but I need support from people who understand personality disorders. I would be appreciative of anyone willing to volunteer some of their time to listen. Im very patient and dont expect constant, fast communication. Im also up for talking to other members dealing with similar disorders or in a similar situation. ♡ ♡ ♡
