...See more I have recently gotten close to my roommate. She helps with my mental health issues. But she also has some issues on her own. I feel like im burdening her/ draining her with all my problems. She says she wants to help me but thats because she is actually nice person and doesnt care if it affects her. Me on other hand, i feel so guilty for leaning on her. I dont know what to do.

...See more I broke up with my boyfriend few months ago. one of the main reasons was i was feeling so pressurized to always be the best for him, to always say and do the right thing. And i have been doing some things out of my comfort zone to make him feel better. I realized how this was taking a toll on me. So i broke up with him. When i promised him that i would never leave him. I still feel guilty for doing this to him. I dont know if its the right thing or not.
