OCD has returned after a couple years

...See more I came off of my medication a couple months ago and was doing well. I felt really good until one day I saw a trigger that made me have a panic attack and it seemed to instantly bring my ocd and anxiety back full force. I feel so defeated right now. I will probably have to go back on medication but right now I am suffering from obsessive thinking and anxiety. I hope I can feel better again and stay that way...
