Hello! I'm glad you've found me here on 7 Cups. My name is Zach (he/him) and it comes with great honor for me to say that this year is my 7th Year with 7 Cups! I am a trained active listener, a senior studying psychology, and currently in pursuit of a graduate degree in neuroscience! 

In my years with 7 Cups, I have spoken with many and it has made me; overall, a better individual and man of character, so thank you to everyone who I've grown with here throughout the years. It is my belief, as a Listener, that it is our duty to provide our services to everyone we possibly can! It is also equally as important, being a member of the psychological community, to provide my knowledge, training, and perspectives as well.

...See more Hey guys! What's going on, I'm so sorry i've been somewhat inactive lately. I'm currently in my sophomore year of college studying very very hard. I personally deal with anxiety on a daily basis in regards to my assingments and everyrthing else regarding my assisngments. Sometimes I get overwhelmed and find myself unable to help others more than myself. I have this whole weekend (Friday-Sunday night) available to respond 24/7! This will be my goal for the wekened to provide conveseration and guaidance with everyone I can. Hopefully people will see this and make it happen, so please keep in mind it may be overwhelming and may take me a few minutes to respond! But I swear I'll do myt best!
