At times I am a hot mess and can't talk to people face to face so that why I come on here I'm scared of being judged.

I have Depression, anxiety, PTSD, adjustment disorder, ADHD, suicidal ideation, BPD, and I get very impulsive and bulimia I might have autism but never been tested me and my niece acts everything a like and she has autism there's more I just don't know how to spell everything
