I'm glad you found me on 7 cups. I am a medical student at Oxford and a trained active listener, but have also overcome a lot in my life including failures (exams, a marriage, and professional) as well as a major health scare. I also have degrees in Psychology, and have worked on psychotherapy projects, so am here to listen to whatever problems who would like to talk about. I know what it feels like to think you have hit rock bottom, and I want to help others know that they can always persevere.
